Chicago Children's Museum is committed to providing exhibits, programs, and public spaces that are inclusive and interactive for visitors of all abilities. Our Guest Connections staff has been trained to help visitors with individual needs-please don't hesitate to ask!

•The entire museum is wheelchair accessible.
•Two child-size and two adult-size wheelchairs are available, free of charge, at CCM's Guest Relations desk on the second floor.
•Wheelchairs are free of charge and available at the information desk in the Navy Pier Family Pavilion.
•Accessible parking is available in the Navy Pier parking garage.

Elevators are available on each of the museum's three floors.

Wheelchair-accessible bathrooms and water fountains are located on the museum's second and third floors.

•Guest Connections staff members are posted throughout CCM and are happy to answer questions or provide assistance.
•Service animals are always welcome in the museum.
