Will you charge my credit card if I choose to hold my reservation with a credit card?

All reservations must be paid in full 14 days prior to the visit date, or CCM will charge your credit card. If payment is received at least 14 days in advance, as required, your card will not be charged.

How will I know that my group is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation letter including tips on bringing your group to the museum. If registering by phone, you will receive a confirmation number over the phone and a written confirmation letter in the mail.
