Dinosaur Tales

"This workshop excited [the students], taught them new vocabulary and brought the experience to life.  They have been digging for bones on the playground ever since. "Image of Dino Dig

Helen Handley, K-1st Grade teacher

Workshop Overview: The Dinosaur Tales workshop, in CCM’s Dinosaur Expedition exhibit, features a reconstructed dig site. Students will experience the excitement of discovering a new species of carnivorous dinosaur in the Sahara and explore what it might be like to walk and roar like a dinosaur. Dramatic play, creative movement, and science all meet in this imaginative and hands-on workshop.
