How far in advance should I register my group?
Pre-registration is required for all visits. Please register at least 30 days in advance to guarantee confirmation.
How will I know that my group is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation letter prior to your visit.
Do I need chaperones?
Yes! One adult chaperone is required for every five children participating in the workshop. Required chaperones are free.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are given to groups that cancel more than 14 days prior to the scheduled visit. Refunds will not be provided on the day of your visit for any absent students or chaperones. If you must change, cancel, or reschedule your visit, please call (312) 464-8249 at least 14 days prior to your visit.
Will you charge my credit card if I hold my reservation with a credit card?
All reservations must be paid in full on or before the day of your visit. If payment is not received, your credit card will be charged.
Will the workshop fit my classroom?
CCM To Go workshops are designed to be flexible. Classrooms and multiple-purpose rooms are both excellent workshop locations.
