How will I know that my group is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation letter including tips on bringing your group to the museum. Chicago Park Distraict groups will be confirmed upon receipt of a CPD P.O. All reservations must be paid in full 14 business days prior to the visit date, or your trip may be cancelled.
IMPORTANT: Without a confirmation letter you do not have a reservation. You must bring this letter on the day of your visit or your entrance will be delayed.
